Is NOOB public or private (premissionless or permissioned)?
NOOB is one of the first blockchains to be public and also provide the ability to keep your journal history completely private. In its public implementation it is capable of both public and private ledgers through the use of the core and extended ledgers which are used by your nanochain applications. Fully private implementations are customizeable and supported by licensing the NOOB Platform from Agingo or from the NOOB Institute. The only parties required to keep a history of your transaction history are the parties you trust and verifiers you select.
